Avec un scénario pareil on aurait pu s’attendre à une soupe merdico-mystique, là c’était parfaitement adorable, malicieux et très planant beau. Personnellement, ça m’a fait penser à du Meredith Monk, mais j’ai souvent la culture musicale à l’envers je crois, à creuser.
Sans lien sauf le fil de cette soirée, puisque je parle aussi cuisine par ici, je suis positivement certaine qu’il va se passer un sacré bout de temps avant que je ne me lasse de ce que l’on peut fast-manger chez Al Saj et que par conséquent mon univers restauratoire rennais s’élargisse. Surtout quand il pleut en continu sur la Bretagne depuis plusieurs jours et que je me pose toujours la même fucking question : qu’est-ce que je fous ici et pas là-bas ?
Soirée parfaitement équilibrée, avons aussi pu voir les deux derniers groupes de “Une pleine brassée de nouveaux espoirs pour hier” organisée par Larsen Commercial, avec Congo : digestion vomitive des pires variet’s et Pousse-Mousse qui swingue très fort. Sueur, machines et Rock n’ Roll.
Mercredi, il y a la nuit américaine autour de Steve Reich pour l’ouverture de Cultures electroni-k 10ième mouture. Pourrai pas y aller, mais ce sera retransmis sur le web : clic par là normalement. Je retiens aussi les wet sounds à la piscine des Gayeulles, et pourquoi pas une folle nuit dansante pour avoir l’impression d’avoir 20 ans à nouveau (ou plutôt 30).

Aaaaaaaaah, Al Saj ! Si j’avais épousé un homme plus aventureux (au sens culinaire du terme, encore qu’il a accepté bien des choses !), on leur aurait demandé au moins un devis pour notre wedding day.
