Faire bouillir le lait avec une bonne partie du sucre et la gousse de vanille, battre les oeufs avec le restant de sucre. Verser le lait sur les oeufs très doucement en battant pour ne pas qu’il y ait de cuisson inhomogène et trop violente, enfourner au bain marie à thermostat 3 (moins de 100° en tous cas), jusqu’à ce que ça soit cuit (c’est à dire environ 3/4 pour des ramequins, beaucoup plus pour un gros plat).

Sinon le plat de viande qui tue, ça prend environ 2′30 à préparer et tout le monde aime : une pièce de viande (à peu près n’importe laquelle) à cuire au four. Enduire (séquentiellement ou en marinade c’est encore mieux si on y a pensé) de beaucoup de :
- ail pressé
- gingembre rapé ou pressé (très pratique au presse-ail, mais très mauvais pour la longévité de ce dernier)
- miel
- shoyu
rajouter de l’eau au fond du plat, enfourner relativement chaud pour la duréé nécessaire à la cuisson de la viande (ça grille caramélise sur le dessus, mais on peut aussi régulièrement re-humecter la viande avec la sauce en cours de cuisson).
